‘The Kiss’ is probably one of Klimt most famous pieces. It was painted between 1907 and 1908 at the height of his “Golden Phase”. It was a controversial piece when it was original displayed in Vienna but despite public outcry they piece was sold, even though it was unfinished The Belvedere Museum of Vienna.
