This framed fern print is part of a collection of 19th century fern illustrations from “The British Ferns” by Botanist William Jackson Hooker (1785 – 1865) and illustrated by W.H. Fitch (1817 – 1892), published in 1861. Our in-house design team have kept the traditional composition of the original illustrations while adding a soft cream background to set off the delicate greens of the artwork.
Each artwork is beautifully framed in a hand-crafted oak frame. Glazed with gallery grade Perspex and ready to hang on the wall.
All of our artwork is printed using acid free inks & paper of the highest quality.
