Is everything made in the UK?

Yes, we are a UK based company, and we make everything by hand in the UK.

How long will in take to get my order?

It usually takes 3-5 working days to process your order before dispatch.

UK shipping is usually 1-3 working days and international shipping is 5 to 10 working days.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it's despatched. Simply send an email to sales@projectframing.com with 'Order cancellation' and your order number in the subject line and we'll cancel it straight away

What happens if my order is out of stock?

If for some reason your item is out of stock you will be notified by email or by one of our customer service team. You will be advised of an expected delivery date that your item will be with you.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If for some reason you are not happy with your item, you can email our customer service department at sales@projectframing.com who will arrange collection and issue a full refund.

Do you have any advice on what artwork to choose for a particular area of my home?

What is a gallery wrap canvas?

A gallery wrap canvas, is where the artwork is printed onto canvas, and then stretched onto a deep stretcher with the images extending around the sides
