SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will my order take?

Most orders are shipped within 3 working days. Because we offer originals and limited editions this can sometimes take slightly longer. If for some reason your order can not be dispatched within the normal time period then you will be notified by email or one of our customer service team will contact you directly.

What if my order is urgent?

If your order is urgent we offer an express dispatch and delivery service, and providing your chosen art print is in stock we will dispatch your order for next day delivery. (additional fee applies for this service)

How much does it cost to ship my order?

All of our hand-made products are shipped in the UK which allows us to offer competitive shipping charges.
 
Orders containing unframed products

How will my order be shipped?

For all UK orders we ship using Parcel Force next day service. (see fees above for standard & express service).
 
What happens if my item is out of stock?
If for some reason your item is out of stock you will be notified by email or by one of our customer service team. You will be advised of an expected delivery date that your item will be with you. 
 
How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order at any time before it's despatched. Simply send an email to customerservices@projectframing.com with 'Order cancellation' and your order number in the subject line and we'll cancel it straight away.
